Introduction
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the mundolore mobile app and website. By using mundolore, you agree to these terms. mundolore is developed and operated by recode now, registered in the Netherlands.
Use of the app
You agree to use mundolore only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the app to upload or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. Your mundolore account is personal and should not be shared with others.
User content
When you create or upload content (such as notes, documents, or summaries) within the app, you retain ownership of that content. By storing it in the app, you grant mundolore a limited license to host and display it for your personal use within the app environment. We do not share your data with other users or third parties, except as necessary to operate the service.
AI-generated content
The “Quick Info” feature provides AI-generated summaries of places via integration with OpenAI. These summaries are for informational purposes only and may contain inaccuracies. mundolore does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.
Limitation of liability
mundolore is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the app, including inaccuracies in AI-generated summaries.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the app.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts in the Netherlands.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use as mundolore evolves. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting.
